These services may be accessed via our website or mobile applications (e.g., Android Bulk SMS App).

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and updated information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Use the platform lawfully and ethically

Avoid sending unsolicited messages (spam)

Only use contact data you are legally authorized to use

Abide by applicable Tanzanian and international marketing and data protection laws

Danvast reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in misuse or illegal activity.

6. Use by Third Parties

If you use our platform to send marketing messages on behalf of another business, you must:

Have legal rights to the recipient data

Obtain valid opt-in consent

Comply with relevant laws, including Tanzania's Electronic and Postal Communications (Consumer Protection) Regulations, 2018

Danvast acts as a data processor in these scenarios and is not responsible for client misuse of data or content.

7. Fees and Payments

Some services are billed. All charges will be disclosed before purchase. Payments must be made in a timely manner. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Tanzanian taxes (e.g., VAT) may apply as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, code, branding, and tools are the property of Danvast Group Limited (Tanzania) unless stated otherwise. No content may be copied, resold, or reused without written permission.

9. Data Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. All information is processed according to our Privacy Policy, in line with the Tanzania Data Protection Guidelines and global standards like GDPR and CCPA.

If you submit contact lists or user data, you confirm you have proper consent and legal basis to do so.

10. Limitation of Liability

Danvast Group Limited will not be liable for:

Losses resulting from unauthorized access or misuse

Service interruptions due to third-party platforms or telecom providers

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the fees paid by you for services within the last 90 days.

11. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access for violations of these terms, misuse of our services, or non-payment. Termination may happen without prior notice in severe cases.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date updated. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be exclusively settled in the courts of Tanzania.
